We are committed to ensuring our salon is safe following the latest guidance and advice to protect the team and clients from Covid-19

We ask our clients to follow this guidance to ensure your own safety and the safety of our team

O U R  N E W  N O R M A L

Our salon has been adapted for social distancing

There will be less team and clients in the salon each day

Your stylist will wear a face visor when in close contact with you

Our stylists are working to a strict time schedule, and are unable to run late

This is to ensure that when you arrive for your appointment your stylist is ready for you, to keep avoid you waiting too long outside

Unfortunately if you are late for your appointment it may have to be cancelled/rescheduled

All styling areas, chairs, work stations trolleys basins tools and equipment will be sanitized between every client

The team are qualified in the Barbicide Covid 19 Infection control principles and have had salon specific training

 

For Colour clients if you have been tested positive for Covid-19 or think you may have been affected you will need to have a skin test before your colour

 

C L I E N T    P R O T O C O L

• If you have any symptoms of Covid 19 you will need to reschedule your appointment

• Pre booked appointments only

• For track and trace we need a mobile number and email address for everyone who enters the salon

• We ask you to wait outside for your appointment until your stylist is ready

• Please come to your appointment alone

• We ask you to use our Hand Washing facility as you arrive, and if required throughout your visit

• Face coverings are to be worn by clients while in the salon and throughout their service, you can bring your own or we will supply for £1

• Hand sanitizer is available throughout the salon

• Keep your jacket and personal things with you

• We have a prepay system for a speedy exit if required

• Freshly laundered gowns for every client and disposable capes

• Disposable towels will be used

• We are unable to serve refreshments for a while so please bring your own if you wish

• Conversations when in very close contact with our team should be limited, for example at the backwash basin

• Please bring your own book magazines iPad or tablet

• We ask you to use hand sanitizer before you move to other areas such as the hair wash area or toilet

• We ask clients to respect the measures we have in place for everyone’s safety

 

We reserve the right to refuse clients who do not comply with the salon protocol
