A deposit of £20 (or 50% of total service) may be requested at the time of booking to reserve hair or beauty appointments.

We request at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment.

Missed appointments are very costly to the salon, mainly due to our teams time allocated to your service. You will be sent an email reminder of your appointment 4 days before the appointment and a text reminder the day before. Please can you notify us at the earliest opportunity if you are unable to make the appointment or wish to change it.

We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments.
