C L I E N T    P R O T O C O L

• You are required to complete and submit the Covid -19 Health Check form before your visit

• If you feel unwell or are self isolating, you must inform us and reschedule your appointment

• Pre booked appointments only, and no walk ins

• For track and trace we need a mobile number and email address for everyone who enters the salon

• You have the option to scan the QR code when entering the salon if you have the NHS Test and Trace app on your smartphone

• We ask you to wait outside for your appointment until your stylist is ready and they will come for you

• Please come to your appointment alone

• We ask you to use our hand washing facility as you arrive, and if required throughout your visit

• Face coverings are to be worn by clients in the salon and throughout your close contact service

• Hand sanitizer is available throughout the salon

• We have a prepay system if required, and a card machine we can bring to you, we accept Cash/ Apple pay/ Contactless and BACs Bank transfer

• Freshly laundered gowns for each client

• Disposable towels are used, alongside freshly laundered towels for each client

• We will serve you hot and cold refreshments in disposable cups, or you can also bring your own drinks if you wish

• Please bring your own book magazines iPad or tablet

• We ask you to use hand sanitizer before you move to other areas such as the hair wash area or toilet

• We ask you to respect the measures we have in place for everyone’s safety


We reserve the right to refuse your service if you do not comply with the salon protocol
