Booking Terms and Conditions 

New clients and existing clients with no visit for 6 months will need to have a skin test at least 48 hours before their colour appointment, for the colour service to go ahead

When our online booking system books appointments the time allocated may be incorrect, therefore we will contact you to adjust the time of your appointment

In the event of your stylist being unwell we will do our best to reschedule your booking with another stylist on the same day, or as soon as possible after this subject to availability

We require at least 24 hours for cancellations, this can be done via the online booking app, by reply SMS to your appointment reminder, by phone 01474 534455 or email Contact

Notifications of less than 24 hours are flagged automatically

We reserve the right to ask clients for prepayment before further booking with us who have not provided 24 hours notice or have not showed for their appointment

If you have paid a deposit for your appointment and you cancel within 12 hours of the booking or do not show up for your appointment this will not be refunded to you
