The days are getting cooler and the nights are definitely getting shorter! With the gloomy prospect of further local lockdowns this is a very uncertain time for our business, as well as our clients visiting. Therefore we want to reassure you that we are continuing to implement strict hygiene measures to keep you safe in the salon this season so you can relax and enjoy your appointment while we take care of the rest

After lockdown, in order to continue providing our high level service we had to take some drastic steps. We split our team into 2 bubbles and extended our working week, this has allowed us to remain a safe place for our team to work in and a safe haven for clients

There will never be more than 3 stylists working at any one time split between the upstairs and downstairs salons, usually with just 1 support team member, and our managers work from home where they can

We are totally following government guidelines of  hands – face – space

We have a hand wash basin for clients to use on arrival and hand sanitizer at every client area. There will always be an empty chair between you and the next client and our stylists will always wear a mask and visor when in close contact with you and our team have visors or masks at all times when in the salon. We ask clients to wear a face mask as well throughout their visit. Each styling area and our tools and equipment are sanitised after each and every client

We are taking extra measures to ensure your safety as we approach Christmas by ensuring social distancing measures are still very much in place. We are avoiding booking a client between colour services, giving our valued colour clients our full attention throughout their service

We are counting the weeks to Christmas, and appointments are in very high demand and we are unable to work to our usual capacity due to restraints with social distancing, therefore we encourage you to book early to avoid disappointment and to make sure you secure that all important festive ‘do’ so you can rock around the Christmas tree like the shining star you are
